Questions
- How fresh is the data?
- We compare every name against registry data each night (around 00:30 CET) and verify availability before showing a name as available. Prices and availability can change between checks; every result shows when it was last verified.
- What does “premium” mean?
- Some registries price certain names above the standard rate. We show standard and premium prices separately, first year and renewal side by side, and never feature premium names in the free email.
- Do you sell domains?
- No. You register names with a registrar through our partner links, and we may earn a commission. Lemma only sells access to the index.
- What is your refund policy?
- Lifetime membership: a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email us from the address on your account and we refund the same way you paid; your account then returns to the free tier. One refund per customer. Drops (when it launches) is a subscription you can cancel any time from your account: access runs to the end of the period you paid for, and partial periods are not refunded.
